How do I use this for email?

I cannot figure out how to actually send my messages. I
use Outlook on my personal computer, and have road runner
as my server. I can't find a place to enter in identity
info in either program, and I can't access my database in
Outlook from road runner Compose page. What do I do???

What version, mode, and service pack level of Outlook? You can see this in
help | about.

It'll be a POP email account, but the location to enter this info varies by
version.
