In Outlook 2003 - there was Automatic text option, that you could edit
I had some predifined text in Japanese that I used to open my messages with.
in office 2007 there is an option in the insert tab /text/ for "Japanese
greetings" , but I see no way to update this list? any help?

Actually I found the solution
When I enter a opening , if I enter a new Greeting in the edit box it saves
it for the next time. I did it in word . i will check it out in Outlook next.
Thanks

You mean Quick Parts? You can manage this from within Word.
