How do I use Rules and alerts ?

I know how to use Rules and Alerts, however, spammers have gotten better and
now the body of the message is actually a series of graphics that are put
together to make the advertisement which is all words. Rules cannot read the
words in the graphics in order to screen certain words I asked it to
recognize, and thus, it can't discover these spam emails that I want to be
deleted.

See if there are any common strings in the headers and use a rule to isolate
them that way.
