How Do I use Different From Addtress

I am using Outlook 2003 and I have 4 different email accounts that are read
by Send/Receive. When I create and send an email, the sending address is
always my main (default) email account. How can I send an email using one of
the other accounts as the From address?
 
There should be a button to choose the sending account or it's on the
Options dialog in a new mail item
