How do I use clip art to customize a border?

I have Office 2007 and would like to use my choice of clip art to make a
border. I managed to in 2000 but can't seem to find steps to duplicate the
process. Has anyone managed it? Appreciate comments.
 
There are instructions at http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/BorderArt.htm,
but I don't know how adaptable they are to Word 2007.
