How do I use auto-text in Outlook 2007

How do I create new auto-text entries in Outlook 2007? Previously I would
highlight the text I want to add to auto-text, then go to Insert -> AutoText
-> Create New. The closest thing I can find is QuickParts, but that still
requires me to use the mouse to select the new entry.
 
Type the name you gave to the Quick Part and then press F3 to insert the text. (No, it's not as convenient as the old autotext recognizer.)

Thanks Sue. I like the new Quick Part functionality - but they should have
kept AutoText as well.
