How do I use a micro created in one workbook in other workbooks?

I created a micro in one workbook but it does not appear as a selection in
other workbooks.
 
Paul,
I assume you are talking about Macro.
In the Store macro in box, click the location where you want to store the
macro.
If you want a macro to be available whenever you use Excel, select Personal
Macro Workbook.
