How do I upload a pdf file to my website using frontpage2002

I'm trying to upload a pdf file from my computer to put on my website. I
don't really have a clue how to do it. I tried hyperlink but, it didn't
support the pdf. I have used Macromedia contribute in the past but, no longer
am able to use that with my current server.

I'm fairly computer illiterate so the more simple the explaination the better.

Import the PDF into your current open FP Web / Site, then link to it, then File Menu | Publish Web /
Site.

If the file is over 1 MB in size then you may have to use a FTP application to upload it.
