How do I update the 2005 attendance calendar to 2007?

I went to Microsoft Office Online & it has a template for Attendance Calendar
2005. It also has 2007 school calendars but I need one for work.

I downloaded this one and I see no way of modifying except manually.

Yes, That's what I was afraid of. My boss wants one for all employees
starting with this year & continuing on thru the next 5 years. I'm in for
the long haul of just getting one done for each year. Then I can copy & save
as per employee. Thanks for your help.
