How do I update fields in Access table from Excel spreadsheet?

I have an Excel spreadsheet that has more current data than what's my Access
tables. There are 50 fields that need to be updated from Excel into Access.
How do I import data so that it overlays the data in Access? I don't want to
create new tables, I want to update the existing tables. Plus, there are
multiple Access tables that contain one or more of the 50 fields so multiple
tables need to be updated. I need to match on a key field from Excel to
Access and then update all 50 fields for each record in Access.

Link to the excel spreadsheet. You can then address it just like a table.
Write your queries using the linked table and the tables you need to update.
