How do I unlock word documents

I have tried just about everything to unlock word. I'm out of ideas. Please
help.

It's not clear exactly what wall you're running into. It might be that
everything is protected for forms. More likely, however, you're using an
expired trial version of Word, or a version that hasn't been activated. Take
a look at Help - Activate Product. What does it say?

Im haveing the same problem, when i got to activate product nothing at all
happens can someone help me

If the product is already activated, you should get a message box saying so.
If not, the activation process should start.
