I installed the security update for Outlook 2003 and would like to uninstall
it due to the following message constantly popping up while I try to
create/open/send an email:

"A program is trying to access email address you have store din Outlook. Do
you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you
should choose No."

I am unable to even use Outlook at this point since this pop-up keeps
locking up my system. I searched the Knowledgebase and found several entries
that said this pop-up is a result of the security update, but none of the
answers explain how to deactivate this feature or uninstall the update.
Help!!!!!

Thanks for any help you can provide!

No security update for Outlook 2003 does that. The security features are built into the program. Some external program is most likely responsible, probably Adobe PDFMaker. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems for removal instructions.
