How do I uninstall cd driver that is incompatible?

T

T.

I recently used a cd-rw that was prev. used in Windows
ME. My new computer has Windows XP. After I put this
disc in my new computer drive, Windows asked to install
something (I can't remember what), so I said yes. Later
it said that it was incompatible with Windows XP. So I
won't be using those rw discs, but now everytime I turn
on my computer I get this message:

DirectCD
Roxio, Inc.

Issue Description:

A driver is installed that causes stability problems with
your system. This driver will be disabled. Please contact
the driver manufacturer for an update that is compatible
with this version of Windows.

I would like to uninstall this above driver but I don't
know where to find it in the system (I'm a xp novice) and
I'm afraid to remove the wrong thing. Any help would be
appreciated.

Thank,
T.

If you have EZCD v4.0 or earlier, this program is NOT compatible with XP and
needs to be uninstalled.

If you have EZCD 5.0 or later, go to www.roxio.com and download and install
the updates required for the program.
