how do i unhide items in access 2007

My office just upgraded to office 2007 and my access 2003 databases had
hidden items and i cant unhide them.. how do i do it?
 
On a limb here, I'm guessing you already tried Window --> Unhide?

Try holding shift down while you open the database (hold till it's all
the way open) and if that works, check your specs under Tools --
