How do I undo a doc. saved in Marlett font so I may read it?

I have saved a document by mistake in the Marlett font and I cannot change it
into a readable font. Please help. Thanks
 
More importantly, what version of Word are you working with? Did
you read the Knowledge Base article I suggested? Did you find
the article helpful?
