HOW DO I UNDISPLAY FRACTIONS?

i just want to display a whole number coming from other cell to another..
 
You probably want to format the cell. Right click on the cell and choose Format
Cells...
 
Maybe Format>Cells>Number to 0 decimal places?

Or maybe =INT(A1)
