HOW DO I UNcapitalize ALL TEXT IN A WORD DOCUMENT
THAT I HAVE SLECTED,
I FOUND IN FORMAT/FONT "ALL CAPS"
NOW I JUST NEED "no caps"

thanks dan

Select the text, then from the Format menu choose

'Change Case'

Mission accomplished

If the text is formatted with All Caps, you can remove them with
Ctrl+Spacebar, but if the text was typed with Caps Lock on, then you need to
use Format | Change Case.
