How do I type an alphabetical list

I need to type a list of song titles. How do I do it alphabetically?
I already have the titles numerically. Can I just automatically change it or
do I need to start again, if so how?

I would recommend copying and pasting the list into Excel and sorting
there. You could then copy and paste the list back into Word.

Select the list and use Table | Sort. The titles don't have to be in a table
(that's just where the Sort command is), but each one does need to be a
separate paragraph.
