how do I turn on the show check box in queries/tables in Access

I can't remember how to turn on the show check box which allows fields to be
displayed or not in tables and queries . Thanks for any help
 
If it's the Hide and Unhide Columns pop-up that you're looking for in the
Menu, click on Format --> Unhide Columns to bring it up or right-click on
unused space and Unhide Columns.
