How do I turn on Stay Connected/Disconect Window

I used to have a Window popup after I shutdown Internet Explorer and Outlook
Express that asked me if I wanted to stay connected or disconnect from my
dial-up connection. It no longer comes up. How do I get this window to come
up again.
 
In IE, Tools>Internet Options>Connections.
Highlight the connection and click Settings.
In Dial-up Settings click Advanced and check the box next to
"Disconnect when Connection may no longer be needed".
