How do I turn off Windows welcone screen email unread notificatio.

Windows Welcome Screen at Startup has my account and below that is a 57
emails unread. How do I turn off the emails unread. I have marked all as read
in outlook but it still comes up at Welcome Screen

That's a Windows feature. To turn it off go to Windows registry

Start | Run | regedit

and navigate to the key

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UnreadMail

and right hand set "MessageExpiryDays" to "0".
