How do I turn off this Paragraph mode?

M

Merlin Admin.

While creating a word file using copy and paste my little office assistant
popped up and changed everything to Paragraph mode. Now it has all the little
paragraph symbols all over and has even distored some of my document. I tried
to view another word doc. that I already had saved and now it is also the
same way.
How do I get out of this mode and restore my documents?

You'll probably get a better answer in one of the Word groups -- this one is
about Microsoft Access, the database program. That said, maybe all you need
to do do is open the Options dialog (In Word 2003, you'd click menu items
Tools -> Options...), go to the View tab, and uncheck the boxes under
"Formatting Marks". I don't know if that's your problem or not, but maybe.

You have posted this question to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups title refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for the program you are using.
I would suggest you include your Windows and Office version number in
your message. It might make a difference.

On your Format menubar option:

Format >>> Reveal Formatting

then uncheck the Show all formatting in the Options section at the bottom of
that pane.

Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database
product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have
misdirected you.
