How do I turn off the "Template Wizard" in Excel?

I have an Excel worksheet that I use frequently and every time I open the
file I get a popup message that says "Cannot open the Template Wizard". I
just click "Ok" and it goes away. How do I turn off this feature so that it
stops trying to find it??

Not sure how to Turn off the template wizard, but got rid of the message by
copying all sheets into a new workbook.
