How do I turn off the security feature in outlook ?

I have another program i work with- I need to send a "bulk email" say 100 at
at time to a SUBSCRIBER LIST...and outlook gives me this message
A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in outlook (
which they are not Stored in outlook... they are only sent there) do you want
to allow this?

I press Yes and than each individual email ( all 100) I have to answer this
question... A program is trying to automatically send email on your behalf do
you want to allow this?

It forces me to send each one individually and is very time consuming
PLEASE HELP!!!

all I know is the other program I use ... called nurturesoft communicates
with word and it pulls up word documents and merges feilds ... Name, company
etc from its database and merges into word program and this email (like a
word document to outlook i think) gets sent to outlook
