How do I turn off the Macro message when I open a Word doc?

When I open an any Word document (new or previously opened) I get a message
that says "The macros in this project are disabled, please refer to the
online help or documents on the host document to find out how to diable
macros.
How do a turn this setting off?

You can set your security to low. I don't recommend doing this!

If Word is already open, and you open a saved document that you made, do you
get this message? Or is it just when you open a document with Word closed?
