How do I turn off task panes (not Startup)?

I downloaded a template calendar from Office Online. Everytime I open the
file, the template help task pane comes up. I want to save the file in a way
that this won't happen because I have to open the file often, and it makes
the calendar too small to view without closing it. Help!

Hi T.,

In Word 2003 you can use
Help=>Customer Feedback Options=>Online Content
to turn off the 'Template Help' task pane.
