How do I turn off e-mail conversion to a name instead of address

Everytime I copy e-mail address (from send line) into Word or body of e-mail
it conversts to the name instead of staying as e-mail address. Is tehre a way
to turn this off?
 
Copy the address only. Right click on the name of the sender-> Outlook
Properties and copy the address from there.
