Ever since our Systems Administrator added the latest virus protection patch
to my computer, I have been having problems with Outlook. A dialog box that
says "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this". I always click "no" of course, but it is
annoying. How do I make it go away. Also, Outlook has been far more
problematic than before, freezing up frequently while I am writing e-mails so
I have to reset my computer. How can I get Outlook to work as it did before,
pretty much trouble free?

i would call back your admin and find out just what he did. anti-virus
stuff should not be trying to access your addresses, that sounds more like
the result of spyware or a virus that is trying to send itself from your
machine. are you sure he installed virus protection, or was it protection
for a virus??
