How do I turn off Auto login with windows messanger.

I duno what I did, but I somehow have windows messanger running all the time when my computer starts up and connects to the internet. And I dont wasnt windows messanger running period. I use msn messanger its a little differant. but sometimes I dont want to be bothered, and I need it to stop auto login in. Please help. Thanks in advance.
