How do I translate from English to Spanish?

I want to be able to type in power point in english and have it translate to

PowerPoint doesn't do translations.

And unless your needs are *VERY* basic, no machine translation will do you much
good.

If just getting the idea across, more or less, is paramount and there's no
other way to do it, try

But don't expect miracles. This in English:

The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy brown dog.

translates into Spanish and back into English as this:

The fast brown fox jumped on the sluggish brown dog. The alcohol is arranged
but the meat is weak. The time flies like an arrow.
