PowerPoint doesn't do translations. And unless your needs are *VERY* basic, no machine translation will do you much good. If just getting the idea across, more or less, is paramount and there's no other way to do it, try Google's Language tools: http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en But don't expect miracles.
