How do I transition names and addresses from Excel 2003 to avery .

I'm trying to transfer a list of names and addresses on Excel 2003 to Avery
labels 8160 and cannot seem to get directions from Microsoft help. Can
anyone help me? Thank you.
 
Do you have Word? Look up "Create a Word mail merge with Excel data" for a
description of how to do what you want.

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, microsoft.public.excel for
example.
