How do I transfer settings from Outlook Express to Outlook XP?

I just purchased a full version of Outlook to update the Express version on
my computer. Is there any way to transfer the settings from Outlook Express
to Outlook, such as identities, address book, etc?

Outlook is not an update to Outlook Express. It's a completely different
program with different functions, although both will act as mail clients.
See "Outlook and Outlook Express: Brothers, not twins" at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA010565781033.aspx?Product=out2003

See File>Import and Export in Outlook and File>Export in Outlook Express.
Open Outlook Express' Help and search for "export messages to Outlook".

Don't post all in caps. That's shouting.

There's no legal download of Outlook 2000 of which I'm aware.

Try enabling viewing of hidden files and folders and search your hard drive
for files whose extension is ".pst". If you find any, open them in Outlook
with FIle>Open>Personal Folders file.

"Download" is fast becoming the buzz word, for those who don't know,
replacing "install" which is what they REALLY mean....
