How do I transfer my Outlook contacts list from one hard drive to.

I have had a new computer built. My old hard drive is now configured as a
slave to the new C drive. How do I copy my contacts list from the now slave
drive to the new C drive?
 
All Outlook data is stored in a single Outlook Data file. There is no such
thing as a separate "Contacts List."
Most users simply reuse their Outlook Data File when they migrate to a new
installation.
We could tell you how to do that if you posted your relevant Outlook
versions.
 
Yes, I would like to reuse my Outlook Data File. I am running Outlook XP
(2002). I would appreciate instructions as to how to do this.
