HOW DO I TRANSFER DATA FROM EXCEL SPREADSHEET TO OUTLOOK

I AM TRY TO TRANSFER DATA FROM AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET INTO OUTLOOK CONTACTS AND
CANNOT GET THE DATA TO TRANSFER. IT SAYS I NEED A DATA RANGE, BUT I CANNOT
FIND HOW TO DO THAT WITH THE SPREADSHEET. HELP!!!

Just hightlight the range you want to copy over and then choose

Insert >
Names >
Define >

this will make the data range you need.
