How do I transfer data from an unsaved .csv in excel to access?

I am downloading a .csv file from Yahoo Fianace into Excel using the RunApp
macro command with the following parameter:
excel
http://ichart.finance.yahoo.com/table.csv?s=FDGFX&d=11&e=4&f=2006&g=d&a=9&b=3&c=1994&ignore=.csv

This opens the .csv in Excel and I would like to create a table in Access
from this unsaved .csv file.

You will first need to save the file as a csv file, then use TransferText to
import it into Access.
