I believe you mean a USB (universal serial bus) device. Locate the
presentation on your computer and simply copy it to the USB device, just as
you do with any other file. If the presentation uses any multimedia (audio,
movies, etc), they will also need to be copied to the same location.
Hi. Do you mean USB storage media, maybe? Something like a "flash" drive (aka
thumb drive, aka pen drive)?
Usually you plug the device into your USB port.
It appears as another disk drive in My Computer.
It's best to save your presentation to the hard drive, then COPY the file to
the USB drive.
Finally, rightclick the USB drive and choose EJECT or use the "Unplug or Eject"
hardware icon on the system tray (the small icons on the far right side of the
task bar) to stop the USB device. If you don't stop it, it can cause your data
to be corrupted.
