How do I toggle field codes globally across my entire document?

I have been using EndNote X2 to insert citations. I also used Word 2007's TOC
feature. The problem is that whenever I load the file, the TOC, citations,
figures, captions, and bibliography all show up as filed codes. I have to
right click each manually and select "toggle field codes". How can I do this
globally instead of one at a time?
 
Press Alt+F9 to toggle field codes of all fields in the document.
