How do I toggle between sheets in Excel?

When I'm in an Excel file with multiple sheets, how I can hit a keyboard key
to "toggle" from Sheet 1 to Sheet 2 to Sheet 3 to Sheet 4, etc., without
having to use my mouse to point-and-click on the tab for any particular
sheet?
