How do I thicken the outline of a font?

I am trying to work on a schoolproject and need bubble printed letters..I
amusing the Impact font and selecting outline which is perfect,but can anyone
help me with thickening the outlining?

What product are you using? It sounds to me as though you're probably using
Word. If so, you'd probably have better luck getting an answer if you ask
this question in a newsgroup related to Word (there are many starting
microsoft.public.word)
