How do I take my word document resume and send it as a html?

Im trying to send a resume in and it keeps telling me the document has to be
a .doc, .txt or html. How do I change my word 2002 document into one of the
following?

And the other two options are available from File > save as.

Save as TXT and open in Notepad. Copy and paste to the web page.
