How do i syncronize the outlook calendar with another computer?

My father and I each have our own computer, and each need the outlook
calendar. But each one of us put in different dates/events. We would really
like it if we could syncronize our calendars. Were on the same network. Is
there a way/program to sync them? Thanks.
