How do I syncronize my laptop email and my desktop computer email

Hi,
I have both a laptop and a desktop computer. I would like to syncronize my
email... Does anyone know how to do that?

How are you currently set up? Is your email in local PST files, on a POP3
server, IMAP, Hotmail, Exchange?

(If using Hotmail, MSN, POP3 (with the option to leave a copy of the email
