How do I syncronize a contacts subfolder with my windows PDA?

I have a subfolder in my contacts view called ACT Contacts, but when I
syncronize with my Dell AXIM(windows based) PDA, it does not import the ACT
contacts. Does anyone have an idea on how to get around this?

I think you need a third party sync program like the one here:
