How do I synchronize outlook on my lap top and my desktop?

I want to be able to use either computer to access my email and schedule
meetings, contacts, etc. How to I synchronize the one with the other? The lap
top is Windows XP, the desk top is an eMachine. Thanks

In addition to Jocelyn's advice, you can also share your PST between the
two, if they are both on the same network. Note, though, that it's
unsupported and, under the correct conditions, could cause PST corruption.
If you're careful, though, chances are small.
