How do I synchronize Outlook between my laptop and my desktop wit.

I've got Office XP installed on my desktop and laptop and I use a network
cable to connect the two together at home.

When I go away I take my laptop, download e-mails, add contacts etc. and
would like an easy way to syncrhonize with my desktop when I get home.
