How do I synchronize Outlook 2007 with a mobile phone?

How do I synchronize Outlook 2007 with my smart phone? Should I neccesarilly
install Business Contact Manager for that? Would it help? Anyone knows?

No, BCM has got nothing to do with that.

If it is a Windows Mobile based device and running Windows Vista connect the
device and run Windows Update to install WMDC.
For Windows XP install the latest version of ActiveSync.

For all other mobile devices consult the vendor of the phone for the type of
sync software to use.
