How do I synchronize other contact lists with a pocket PC

I have three contact lists in Outlook. The ActiveSync program only appears to
allow synchronization of 1 "Contacts" list. Is there any way I can get the
other 2 lists onto my Pocket PC?

folders for synchronization:

we use XTNDconnectPC for our Palm, PDA and Nokia cellphone but there also a
lot of other good 3rd party tools.
