how do i synchorize my business contacts with my blackberry?

I am having trouble having the synchronization recognizing my business
contacts!
 
Hi,
Currently, Business Contact Manager does not offer support for synchronizing
your business data with handheld devices. For more information, please refer

Manager with handheld devices
This is anyways on the wish-list for future versions of BCM.
