how do I sync my windows mobile device with windows vista?

My new Windows Vista doesn't seem to want to sync my Outlook. Do I need to
install another program?

Vista is not compatible with Active Sync. Try installing the new Windows
Mobile Device Center that is compatible w/ Vista.
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/devicecenter.mspx . You'll want to
make sure the mobile device is connected to the PC at the time of
installation and you delete all partnerships previously set up w/ Active Sync.
