how do I sync a calender over a home network?

I have two computers networked at my home. I want to be able to sync the
Outlook Calendar on both. I'm not sure if sync is exactly the right word,
actually - what I want is if I make an addition/change on the calendar of
one computer that that change reflects on the calendar at the other computer
as well. I'm sure that must be possible, but I'm not sure how to go about
it. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. Thanks.

If you use Outlook 2000, you can use the Netfolders
feature to share the calendar you wish to update on both -
this will only "sync" one way though.
